Hi all, sorry about the blogless, newless void-I'm trying to get organized, and have LOADS of stuff to add, but will start with a small post. On Saturday I went to Tokyo for the day, partly to surprise a friend/former student. I wasn't sure if he knew I was in Japan; it turns out he thought maybe I was, but he was completely surprised to see me at his art show anyway.
